At Finspurt Analytics, we value your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. In compliance with Google Play Store policies and local regulations, you may request the deletion of your account on the Finspurt Analytics mobile application and associated personal information at any time.
Our Data Deletion & Retention Policy
When you request the deletion of your account, we permanently delete your personal profile data, saved preferences, and app credentials associated with the Finspurt Analytics mobile application from our active database servers.
However, please note that Finspurt Analytics Private Limited is registered as an Investment Adviser with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI Registration No.: INA000022437). Under SEBI regulations and statutory compliance laws, we are legally required to retain specific audit logs, investment recommendations, KYC verification records, and transaction logs for a mandatory minimum compliance period. These records cannot be deleted immediately and will be archived securely until the regulatory retention period expires.
How to Request Account Deletion
To delete your account on our mobile application, please click the button below to send an email request to our support team. Alternatively, you can write to us directly at support@finspurt.com from your registered email address.
Please make sure to send the request from your registered email address or specify your registered mobile number in the email body.
Processing Timeline
Once we receive your deletion request email, our support team will verify your identity to prevent unauthorized deletion requests. Once verified, your active account will be deactivated and marked for deletion within 5 to 7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the process is complete.
