Sub: Enlistment as Investment Advisor (IA) on BSE Ltd.

This is with reference to your SEBI Registration no. INA000022437 and enlistment with Exchange.

We are pleased to inform you that on 05/05/2026 , BSE Ltd. (Exchange) has enlisted FINSPURT ANALYTICS PRIVATE LIMITED as an Investment Advisor. Enlistment No. 2494 has been allotted and is subject to the Byelaws of the Exchange which now are and will hereafter be in force.

As an enlisted Investment Advisor of the Exchange, you are required to comply with the following conditions:

1. Any material changes in the details submitted at the time of availing enlistment on the Exchange / SEBI registration shall be subject to approval of the Exchange.

2. In case of any non-compliance, the Exchange shall initiate appropriate disciplinary action including but not limited to withdrawal of enlistment with immediate effect.

3. The tenure of enlistment as an Investment Advisor with the Exchange and SEBI registration shall be valid for a period of five years from the date of registration or last renewal. The same shall be renewed before the expiry date or as per the norms specified by SEBI / Exchange from time to time.

4. Ensure adherence to the conditions that may be specified by SEBI at the time of issuance of Investment Advisor registration certificate.

5. Ensure adherence with the Regulations, Byelaws and circulars issued by SEBI /Exchange at all times.
